2.Cucumber

The cucumber’s skin is susceptible to damage if they are exposed to excessive cold. The University of Minnesota suggests storing cucumbers in a cool area within the kitchen but away from in the refrigerator. The ideal is to have cucumbers kept at temperatures of 55°F (12 ) that are lower than the room temperature, but warmer than the fridge. They’ll last for around one week.
